Fazzolari Construction

Our website design for Fazzolari Construction distinguishes them from other builders in a number of ways. First, it calls attention to the difference between a house (typical, generic and unremarkable) and a home — a place of warmth, family and fond memories.

Additionally, our identity design plays a significant roll which, because of its homespun, underscores Fazzolari’s brand personality — one defined by partners that are genuinely kind, family-oriented and approachable. Lastly, the architectural imagery is more akin to Australia’s Houses magazine than the types of photos typically found of most contractor’s websites.

The original Fazzolari site didn’t project many of the attributes that define the company, and the nondescript identity didn’t command attention or distinguish the brand from the vast majority of its competitors.

The updated brand identity and new website have improved interest in adding Fazzolari to the “short list” for remodeling and custom home projects for both homeowners and architects.
