The Handmade Pizza company, a consortium of independent pizzerias, was founded to combat the purchasing power (and resulting pricing advantage) of the large, national and regional chains by uniting the best Mom & Pop joints into a single group, with improved pricing leverage with suppliers. Each store front retains it’s autonomy, name, recipes and everything else making it unique, but sells pizza for delivery under the Handmade Pizza name.

Our logo design has a purposeful bent toward period style food labeling but with a modern twist, incorporates the old world “pizza toss,” the hallmark of handmade pies, and has a well-worn, distressed appearance like a favorite pair of jeans.
