Fazzolari Construction

Builders tend to ignore self promotion, mostly because they’re simply too busy doing the actual hammering, ordering, managing and all the other stuff they have to do to think about it. As a result, any sign they place on a job site (if they do it at all) typically features little more than their logo, contractor license number, and sometimes their phone number or website address. As with another builder client of ours, Mediterraneo, yard signs represent a huge branding opportunity. We see them as outdoor boards that can raise awareness of the Fazzolari brand, and influence potential customers that wander or drive by a project site. They also effectively function as an endorsement by the homeowner under construction — a strong influence on friends and neighbors considering their own projects.

Conceptually, the work underscores Fazzolari’s primary message; that there is a distinct difference between a house and a home. Where possible, the two-sided signs are mounted perpendicular to the street so passers-by can read them regardless of their direction of approach.
