Construction projects can disrupt a neighborhood for months. Mediterraneo understands how this can effect neighbors, so at a project’s outset, they distribute door hangers to the homes in a 3 block radius. We call it the “Excuse us” Box.
This 3D version of their logo — an orange box — contains a “Hey, we’re sorry about the noise and the mess” message from MDB, and the business card of the project manager who is available at any time to address concerns, questions or problems. It’s a little good will that automatically puts Mediterraneo on the list of builders when a neighbor takes on a similar project.
